The topic of talent is quite controversial; schools are attractors of talent but also places of skill production, places where each student understands his or her own strengths and weaknesses in order to overcome them and define his or her own professional path.
Increasingly, the International Competition System and search and dissemination platforms represent a great opportunity for New Designers. What selection criteria are talent scouts and big brands looking for today? And what will they look for in the future?
These are the questions posed to guests to two alumni who will have the opportunity to interact on these issues.
