PRIVACY POLICY - FGI COMMUNITY
PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)
Foreword
This notice is issued by Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda ETS, with registered office in ViaGiosuè Carducci 32, 20123 Milan, Italy, C.F./P.IVA 06112310963, as the Data Controller (hereinafter also “PSFM” or “Data Controller”), pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), in relation to the processing of personal data of users who join the Fashion Graduate Italia Community (hereinafter “FGI”) promoted by PSFM.
1. Purpose of processing and legal basis
Personal data voluntarily given when registering for the Community will be processed for the following finities:
- Manage formal membership in the FGI Community;
- Enable user participation in activities promoted by PSFM within FGI, such as events, sfilates, workshops, meetings and talks;
- Arrange for nominal invitations to be sent for activities that require it;
- Send institutional communications regarding future FGI editions or other cultural and educational initiatives promoted by the Holder;
- send - only with express consent - the FGI Newsletter, containing updates, reflections and content on fashion, education and youth creativity (with limited and non-invasive frequency, fixing up to a maximum of 3 or 4 mailings per year).
Processing is based on the free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent of the data subject, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
2. Processing of data of minors between 14 and 18 years of age
In accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 2-quinquies of Legislative Decree 196/2003, minors aged 14 years or older are also allowed to register for the Community. These individuals may give their consent independently, provided that the content of the notice is clear, transparent and understandable. For the protection of younger users, the following is specified:
- data will be processed exclusively for institutional financial purposes (invitations, ufficial communications);
- there is no transfer to third parties for commercial purposes;
- user may at any time unsubscribe via dedicated link or by writing to: info@piattaformamoda.it.
3. Period of data retention
Data will be retained for a maximum period of 18 (eighteen) months from the date of membership. As the expiration date approaches, the data subject will receive a reminder allowing him/her to renew his/her consent and continue his/her membership in the Community. In the absence of renewal, the data will be automatically deleted from the Owner's systems.
4. Processing methods and security measures
Processing will be effcarried out electronically and, where appropriate, on paper, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, minimization and integrity. PSFM has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, protection and security of data, preventing unauthorized access, alteration and loss.
5. Communication and target audience
The data will not be subject to generalized diffusion. They may be disclosed only to external parties expressly appointed by the Data Controller as Data Processors under Article 28 GDPR, for activities strictly related to the technical and operational management of the site, mailings and promotional activities related to FGI.
6. Rights of the data subject
The interested party is entitled at any time to exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 of the
GDPR, including:
- Obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data;
- access their data;
- request rectification, cancellation or restriction of processing;
- To object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing;
- revoke the consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before revocation.
