Since January 2015, Tommaso Cancellara (born 1980), has filled the dual role of General Manager of Assocalzaturifici, the Italian Footwear Manufacturers’ Association, which represents over 600 footwear manufacturers, and Managing Director of MICAM, the international fashion footwear exhibition which is held twice-yearly in Milan.
After graduating with a degree in Business and Institutional Economics from the University of Lugano, he spent the first few years of his career working for the Ferrari- Maserati Group in the Sales & Marketing Area. After a brief stint in consultancy, from 2010 on, he held positions of increasing responsibility in Technogym, becoming APAC Marketing Manager at the Shanghai office from 2012-2014.
