INTERNATIONALIZATION PROJECT - TALENT TO TALENT
As of this edition, Fashion Graduate Italia devotes special attention to international talent through the introduction of a new dedicated project: Talent to Talent. A format aimed at top international universities and academies with the goal of creating a global educational channel that continuously fosters dialogue between talents from every region of the world and creates new channels for mutual exchange and enrichment.
Special guests of this first edition of the project Talent to Talent are the cities of Daegu e Osaka which, through collaboration with the Municipality of Milan, brought to Fashion Graduate Italia the creations of students from their most prestigious fashion and design universities.
This initiative further strengthens the synergy between Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda e Municipality of Milan, fitting into the framework of international cooperation aimed at promoting collaborations City to City With the whole world.
City of Daegu (Korea) - Ordinary effects
The parade dedicated to the city of Daegu features the participation of 13 students of the’Keimyung University and of the’Kyungpook National University, who will present their capsule collections. The concept of the fashion show, Ordinary effects, is inspired by the search for a ’Harmony between Korean tradition and modernity, using recycled materials. Keimyung University students have chosen. tinctures and natural materials to give their work the dignity of the Korean Seonbi - the natural and study environment of their work - while students from Kyungpook National University prepared a recycling work Reusing existing clothing.

City of Osaka (Japan) - Know the unknown ~ The Osaka way
Since the city of Milan and the city of Osaka initiated a twinning in 1981, the two cities have accumulated lively exchanges in a wide range of fields, including fashion. Five fashion schools/universities in Osaka, Marronnier College of Fashion Design; Osaka Institute of Fashion; Osaka Seikei University; Ueda College of Fashion; Osaka Mode Gakuen College of Fashion & Design, will participate in the Fashion Graduate Italy 2022.
The theme of the parade is “Know the Unknown ~The Osaka Way“. Enjoy the Osaka Way!
