Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda Third Sector Entity supports and promotes students' talents, facilitating their orientation process, choice of educational paths in the fashion industry and entry into the world of work, through connections and synergies between local, national and international educational institutions of excellence and fashion companies.
WHO WE ARE.
Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda ETS is the hub that brings together the best Italian Institutions and Academies that offer post-diploma training paths in the fashion industry. The schools that make up the association have always had close ties to Italy's cultural, historical and industrial heritage. Thus brought together, they constitute a fundamental segment for innovation and the growth of new talent and create the tools to align educational offerings and market needs.

WE PROMOTE YOUNG TALENT
ETS platform enhances talent: young undergraduate and graduate students, graduates and undergraduates from top postgraduate fashion schools participate in events and initiatives dedicated to them to grow skills and communicate their know-how through projects, portfolios, stories, etc.
In the same spirit, ETS platform collaborates with school placement services part of its network, with trade associations, recruiters and talent scouts recognized in the industry. It also promotes and takes part in initiatives to facilitate dialogue between alumni and Moda companies.
Beyond talent, entrepreneurial culture: Platform ETS also promotes and participates in training events on the issues of entrepreneurship related to the Fashion industry, with a focus on important issues such as the environment, equal opportunities, legality and transparency.
FASHION GRADUATE ITALY
The schools of Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda ETS promote the first event open to citizens dedicated to fashion and the younger generation.
A week of runway shows, exhibitions, talks, workshops, job speed dates, and portfolio reviews to showcase students' creativity, connecting them with the fashion system, and discuss trends in the fashion industry.
The initiative aims to:
- Open a discussion of processes, teaching, and the challenges of fashion education in a changing context
- Enhance the best students trained by the Italian fashion school system by connecting them with the fashion industry
- To offer young high school graduates interested in this field tools to orient themselves to the education system and career outlets
Fashion Graduate Italia is supported by Institutional Partners such as the Lombardy Region and the City of Milan, Confindustria Moda, Lineapelle, CNA Federmoda, Florence Center for Italian Fashion, and Private Partners who offer important support to the event.
