Collezioni

Student Name: Bada Kim & Jeongyeon Hong

Capsule collection title: “Emotional Debris”

Concept collection: This collection documents the seemingly lost traces of our inner selves through clothing. Emotions scatter and pile up like fragments, and we gather and re-weave them. Disassembled structures, torn pieces of fabric, and scattered threads create a unique rhythm amidst chaos.
Imperfect pieces connect to create new forms, and even the traces of wounds are transformed into decoration. This is a process of rebirth from fragments into a single work of art, much like the cycle of nature, where flowers bloom amidst ruins. “Emotional Debris” captures a portrait of emotions reborn through destruction, embodying those that continue to live and thrive amidst the rubble.
