Department of Fashion Marketing provides advanced curriculum to nurture fashion merchandisers and marketers who are comparative in the fashion industry. Students are building their knowledge and skills by participating in diverse industry-academia collaboration projects, domestic and overseas exhibitions, and internship programs. Opportunities to study abroad for Domus Academy in Milan, and international exhibitions in Paris, Hong Kong, and Tokyo have been provided for students throughout diverse education programs of fashion marketing. Students are showing excellent achievements on national and international contests in product planning, marketing/promotion strategy planning, and fashion/textile designs. Graduates are actively working in the fashion, retailing, and marketing fields as merchandisers, marketers, international trade specialists, production management specialists, stylists, magazine editors, etc.

Capsule collection title: “Whispers of Rebellion”

Concept collection: ​​“Whispers of Rebellion” boldly reflects adolescent girls’ inner immaturity and nonetheless their desire for mature adult women. Design philosophy is how we want to tell their stories while also understanding and expressing various emotions and difficulties they experience in their growth. Therefore, we want to show our willingness to talk with them as a medium that reflects their growth process and experience, not just the clothes they choose. Our costumes combine Baroque period splendor with a modern romantic punk style, and they contain feminine details and bold messages of defiance. The theme delicately expresses a woman’s growing up, inner conflict, and maturation.
