Lucia Scopelliti (F) has been working for the City of Milan by 2009 in the areas of social policy, social innovation, sharing economy and other initiatives in place to support innovative startups.
She is currently Head of the Economic Planning Unit, previously she was in charge for the Smart City Office, Department of Urban economy and Labour, in the Municipality of Milan.
She graduated in Economics at the Catholic University of Sacred Heart in Rome and she holds a MSc in Management and innovation of Public Administration.
Previous posts held: Intern at the OECD, Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs, Paris, Consultant at FAO, Rome. She is author of several publications on Italian and international scientific and management journals.
