Giulia Pirovano is President of Piattaforma Sistema Formativo Moda and Chief Alumni, Industry Liaison and Career Advice Officer of Galileo Global Education Italia, the group that brings together three of the best in higher education: the Marangoni Institute, NABA and Domus Academy.
In this role, Giulia Pirovano is responsible for developing relations with the fashion, art and design industries, and for coordinating all the departments linked to Career Service and the Alumni Community, a project where Giulia is the manager and promoter for all the group’s companies

Giulia has a degree in foreign languages and literature, and a long and solid experience in the fashion sector, where she has been garnering respect and recognition for more than 30 years, 15 of which as General Manager of the National Chamber for the Fashion Industry. The commitment to the promotion, organisation and management of events for prestigious “Made in Italy” fashion and luxury brands, have also allowed Giulia Pirovano to create important collaborations and a widespread high-level network.

Some of the most important events coordinated and organised by Giulia are the Milan International Fashion Week, Milano Moda Showroom, Milan Fashion Hub, Milano Moda Showroom and Milano Moda Design.
Giulia has also designed and developed the Milan Fashion Incubator for the launch of young designers and creative start-ups, with the support of important public institutions, as well as numerous projects to promote emerging talent.

As Communication and Promotion Director of Assocalzaturifici, the National Association representing shoemakers in Italy, and as Marketing and Communication Director of the MICAM International Fair, she was responsible for the development of trade fair projects in Germany and the USA, as well as marketing and communication activities aimed at promoting the sector at an international level.
