Discover the Making of “λόγος”, the collection created by Alessia Fascio, Alice Bezzolato, Aurora Langella, Elisa Musso and Keti Aleksovska, students of the Textile & Fashion design course at IAAD. – Istituto d’Arte Applicata e Design.
The collection is created from a study regarding the role of words and, in a broader sense of language, approached from five different perspectives.
The collection starts from a scientific-philosophical analysis on the role of the word and, in a broader sense, language in relation to today’s society.
The subject areas addressed range from self-knowledge through the other, the search for balance through thought change, the influence and impact of words on our soul, the evocation of lost values through encrypted language, and the alleviation of the burden of life through therapy.
Experimental cuts, shapes and workmanship turn fabrics into canvases of awareness on which our ideals are imprinted
The clothes come to life from the totality of experiences, translated into a cohesive and incisive collection.
